Adopt a Road is a program from the St Charles County Highway Department for litter control on county roads.  Fleur de Lis is  responsible for Kisker Road from Hwy 94 to Towers;  We monitor the area and schedule litter  pick ups at least four times a year.

We typically have 4 to 6 members that pick up 4 large bags of trash and when possible we sort out recyclables which is usually only 1 bag. Glad to help ... Sad people litter!
